Jamun Sour (FR favourite, you can't miss it)
Jamun-infused gin, lemon, FR jamun syrup.
$24
History meets cocktail-making! Inspired by the majestic jamun trees that adorn the gardens of the Taj Mahal, and a tribute to Lord Ram who survived on the fruit during his exile to Ayodhya, this extraordinary libation is bound to have its own set of loyalists.
$25
Elaichi Milk Punch
Cardamom gin, almond, saffron, lemon, FR fennel syrup.
$25
A cocktail that weaves the rich topestry that is India in a glass. The comforting creaminess of a milk punch spins into an exotic concoction with the aroma of cardamom rising from the glass. Meanwhile, its 'sour' twist cuts through the richness, offering a vibrant contrast that awakens the palate. Each sip is a nod to Indian tradition, reimagined for the modern-day gin connoisseur.
$24
Mohabbat Ka Sharbat
Pisco, watermelon, vermouth blanco, rose Rooh Afza.
$24
An ode to Old Delhi and inspired by the city's 'Mohabbat Ka Sharbat' found on every street corner, this charming cocktail captures tastes of summer. Its rosy Rooh Afza syrup hues earns it the name 'Mohabbat", meaning love. Foreign Return pays homage to this oge-old, street-style drink of our childhood by adding a modern, boozy twist.
$25
Poona Junction
Fig gin, goat cheese, honey, milk-washed red wine.
$25
We are taking you all the way to Poona aka Pune with this fig concoction. Aptly named after the city's railway station, this cocktail celebrates Pune where figs reign - and connects the cocktail story to nearby Nashik - the wine belt of Indio. Where there is wine, there must be cheese! And our bartenders liberally borrow creamy cheese drizzled with a touch of golden honey from the kitchen. All aboard!
$24
Spice Route Margarita
Tequila, elderflower, agave, Indian chilli salt, khakra crisp.
$24
Crafted with the finest tequila, a dash of tangy lime, and a special blend of spices, this cocktail pays homage to the Indian traders who travelled far and wide, bringing vibrant flavours to the world. Adventure in a glass, this cocktail is a perfect blend of enchantment and excitement. Journey forth!
$25
Kashmiri Saffron Fennel Old Fashioned
Woodford bourbon, Kashmiri saffron, FR fennel and cardamom syrup, Angostura bitters.
$25
There are many local legends about how soffron came to Kashmir. One particular legend that we love dates back to the age of the Tantric Kings, when the spice was mixed with hot water to create potions that incited feelings of love. We continue this romance with saffron in this elevated Old Fashioned. You might just fall in love.
$24
Khari Baoli Mojito
Spiced rum, fresh lime, mint, Khari Baoli, FR masala syrup, soda.
$24
Named after Delhi's Khari Baoli, Asia's largest spice market that has been trading since the 17th century! This particular cocktail showcases a medley of spices our bartenders encountered in the bustling market.
$24
Gul Negroni
Gin, Italian bitter, Indian rose, sweet vermouth.
$24
This cocktail takes you back in time, circa the 16th Century. It is believed that the first Mughal Emperor, Babur brought camel-loads of musk and damask roses in his caravan. His love for the flower is epitomised in poem My heart, like the bud of the red, red rose, Lies fold within fold aflame, Would the breath of even a myriad springs, Blow my heart's bud to a rose?' Borrowing from the Emperor's fondness for the rose and naming his daughters Gulzar, Gulrukh, Gulbadan, Gulchihra, and Gulrang after the flower, our very own Negroni is a bouquet in the moking.
