Kunal Patel brings over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry to the team as well as an adventurous and optimistic attitude. With an MBA and a passion for Indian cuisine, Patel is equally as excited about the boundary-pushing food offering at Foreign Return as he is about running the business. Having owned restaurants previously, Kunal is known for creating exceptional experiences for customers. This new venture is the perfect outlet for him to explore his creativity and share his innovative ideas with the people of Sydney.
Inspired by cooking shows she watched with her father, Chef Tanvi ventured into the hospitality world at the age of 17 and hasn't looked back since.
Honing her skills over time, she loves experimenting with new flavours and combining Indian flavours with other cuisines and techniques from around the world.
