What Is FOREIGN RETURNS MERCH?

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We will be delivering Australia wide.

 

When Will My Delivery Arrive?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days thru Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking details for your order.

Metro areas can take up to 2-5 business days, rural areas can take up to 3-10 business days. Longer period of wait times may occur are depending on your location

NOTE: 

It is the responsibility of the person placing the online order to ensure that all order details (date, time, delivery location and onsite contact) are correct

 

Where Can I Collect My Items From?

If you have selected “Collect from FR”, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and packaged, when your order is ready for collection you will receive an email letting you know that your order has been fulfilled.

If you have accidentally selected “FR is 527 Crown Street, Surry Hills – 2010” as your shipping method and you need it to be shipped, send an email to info@foreignreturn.com.au with your order number and we will provide a link to purchase shipping. 

 

Do You Charge A Delivery Fee?

$9.95 delivery fee

 

How Can I Pay?

All payments are to be securely made online at time of order securely through Stripe.

 

Can I return my order?

Yes. We aim to process your refund within 24-72 hours of us receiving it where possible. We’ll also send you an email as soon as we have done so. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We want to make sure that you’re happy with your merchandise, so we will gladly exchange or refund your item(s) if you change your mind. For us to do so, we just need:

  • - Item(s) unused and in resalable condition.

  • - Item(s) unwashed/unaltered.

  • - Include proof of purchase, quoting your original order number (for example order #01234).

  • - Lastly, we just ask that the items are returned and received within 7 days of your original order date.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of posting their order back. Please consider a trackable shipping service, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

What if my item is missing?

It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process a refund. Please allow up to 5 business days after you've received confirmation from us for your refund to be processed.

If it has been longer than 5 business days, please contact us.

 

Can I exchange my order?

We’ll happily exchange your item(s) pending availability of stock and if the value of the new item is the same or less value. The cost to send the exchanged item should be paid by the customer.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

FR reserves the right to adjust the invoice for any changes requested, or adjustments made, prior to delivery of your order.

Simply send your order via Australia Post to:

Please include your original order number (for example order #01234) so we know which order to refund, and/or details of exchange.
