From Burma to India via Pakistan. A hearty coconut stew, noodles, fresh coriander, fried onions, chilli oil and peanut meet in one simmering bowl.
Mutton Ghee Roast Surnoli Dosa (GF)(NF)
Rumoured to have been first created by Tejappa Shetty in 1956, this Mangalorean roast of coastal spices, braised goat and coconut is a firm favourite. Elevated with mini Konkani-style surnoli dosa.

Indian Chinese food has its own very distinct flavour. The first settlement of Chinese communities in Kolkata goes back to the year 1778. This Indo Chinese dish is our take on everyone's favourite lamb chop; with a chilli marinade, pomegranate jus and pumpkin chokha.

Tracing back 5500 years, sesame is one Assam's most-loved ingredients, used liberally in celebratory dishes at weddings and festivals. We're coupling black sesame with chicken thigh and spices.

An Indian-African fusion dessert made with coconut cream, flour, cardamom, saffron. Enhanced with fig jam and caramel syrup.
